Terms & Conditions:


1. Membership is granted subject to approval by the Executive Committee of UADMA (Regd.).

2. Every member shall comply with the provisions of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Rules, and other applicable laws related to Ayurvedic manufacturing and trade.

3. Members shall maintain ethical business practices, quality standards, and goodwill of the Ayurvedic industry.

4. Membership fees once paid shall be non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Submission of false information or documents may result in rejection or cancellation of membership without prior notice.

6. Members shall cooperate with the Association in promoting the objectives, activities, and welfare of the Ayurvedic industry.

7. The Association reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in case of misconduct, illegal activities, or actions harmful to the reputation of UADMA (Regd.).

8. Members shall inform the Association regarding any change in company name, address, ownership, or license status.

9. The Association may amend rules, membership fees, or policies from time to time, which shall be binding upon all members.

10. ADMA (Regd.) shall not be liable for any personal, commercial, or legal disputes between members and third parties.

11. Membership certificates and benefits are valid only for the approved membership period.

12. All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Punjab courts only.

13. By applying for membership, the applicant agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, and decisions of UADMA (Regd.).
