Terms & Conditions

• Membership is subject to approval by United Ayurvedic Drugs Manufacturers Association (Regd.).
• The membership fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Members shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act and related rules.
• The association reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership in case of unethical or unlawful activities.
• Members shall maintain quality standards and ethical business practices in Ayurvedic manufacturing.
• All information submitted in the form must be true and correct.
• Membership benefits and services may be modified by the association from time to time.
• The association shall not be responsible for any business disputes between members and third parties.
