Cancellation / Termination of Membership
1. UADMA (Regd.) reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate the membership of any member found involved in unlawful, unethical, or misleading activities related to Ayurvedic products or business practices.
2. Membership may be terminated if a member violates the provisions of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, applicable rules, or the policies and regulations of the Association.
3. Submission of false information, forged documents, or concealment of material facts during membership application shall result in immediate cancellation of membership.
4. Non-payment of membership renewal fee or dues within the prescribed time may lead to suspension or termination of membership benefits.
5. Any act causing damage to the reputation, integrity, or interests of UADMA (Regd.) may be treated as grounds for disciplinary action including termination of membership.
6. A member may voluntarily resign from membership by submitting a written request to the Association. However, membership fees already paid shall not be refundable.
7. Upon cancellation or termination, the member shall cease to use the name, logo, membership certificate, or any affiliation of UADMA (Regd.) for promotional or official purposes.
8. The decision of the Executive Committee regarding suspension or termination of membership shall be final and binding on the member.
9. UADMA (Regd.) reserves the right to review and amend the cancellation and termination policy from time to time.
